This is an essay that discovers, explores and experiences the temperaments, attitudes and behaviors of the many individual consciences which compose the spectrum of personalities that create the human condition... On one hand you have the one understanding and on the other there is one misunderstanding and only by pointing out the illogic of what is misunderstood can the message of one understanding be delivered, this is how the essay delivers the message that there is one understanding for the truth... The message is, "Choice is a reasoned decision" and it is a basic right of people; but the people have been divested of their will to make their choice; the people have lost their right of choice to the greed and corruption of government politics.

The relationships of the anecdotes found in this essay correlate the theme with the context of the human condition and how the way to Love, Peace and Appreciation is obscured by all the attempts of some to control the will of others in very exclusive, selfish and evil manners. The political and social movements of the day are addressing the theme I am presenting herein; and the You Tube videos show the negative points and aspects I refer to, even the one of bear breasted women, hub pages overseers made me pull, that simply made the statement that the garment industry is part of government corruption; that the garment industry jobs have been taken away so industry can make more money by using the cheaper sweatshop labor the Chinese deals have provided on the Marcos Islands... The materials I present on this hub page are all germane to the goal, objective and plan to make people aware of the real human conditions the majority of citizens have to deal with. It is pointed out that the intent of politics is to keep people in chaos and not let them make the choices that will set them free; the people want to be set free from the negative-power that holds them hostage and used to propagate the corruption of the negative social-economic-system rule. The leadership of the exclusive political system rule and its party government has stolen the will of the people by the exclusive representative practices it employs to fleece the people of their voice, their will, and their rights...

The false recipe for hope is to rely on the expectation of one's wishes without applying the force of one's desire, the power of one's emotion and the strength of one's will. To depend on others is to rely on one's wants to fulfill one's needs, this is to wish things will materialize without any effort... It requires more than false-hope to manifest a positive existence experience... It requires a concerted effort to make things happen... The strategy presented here is a true-hope recipe, it is a goal, an objective and a plan for humanity to use to realize its actual-capacity, ability and potential for creating, evolving and perfecting its future by pursuing a life of love, peace and appreciation...

Love, peace and appreciation is the expression, formula and functional-experience one generates when one applies their positive-humble-temperament, meek-attitude and modest-behavior as a practical lifestyle of positive-action, stimulus and response. This means when you are genuinely caring you are positive, and when you pretend to be caring it is obvious, because you are looking for some reward for your pretentious behavior and this is negative, selfish behavior. Another way of stating this understanding is, "One's positive-temperament is qualified by one's selfless-attitude and civil-behavior as found in one's inclusive-purpose, one's selfless-motive within one's civil-intent..." - This fundamental logic principle must be made into law, that it is the underpinning of every statute and regulation that guides and manages the practices of the truly civil societal procedures that are used for the governance of the people.

The individual human is a weak link in the chain of inherent responsibility be it social or fiscal management. It is imperative that the governance-process be constructed in a fashion that this fact be addressed in the means and ways all choices, reasons and decisions are made. No few people can be trusted to do the bidding for the many, this has been proven over and over, the fact is because people in general need a script to playoff of - they can not walk and chew gum, so to speak. All people need guidance on how to behave. This simply means people need to be told what to do - this we all know; but the issue is who is capable enough to be doing the telling, as to who is going to do what, when, and how? Well, in a society that uses inclusive, selfless and civil process, system and procedural-rule a consensus of the vote based on expert witness is the tool for making choices, reasoning and decision-making. This simply means that matters, and the solutions to those matters be the decision of the people, for the people, by the people, based on the most accepted opinion presented by an expert that has proven the point of a valid soltion an is chosen by the people to instruct the implemention of the answers that will solve the problem - Sound familiar? Its the notion that prompted the Constitution; Here is a quote from the Constitution's primary writer, "This magistrate is not the king. The people are the king." Gouverneur Morris, the Penman of the Constitution; here again this notion is reiterated, "—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth." Applying the notion of the People's True-Constitutional-Process, we shall then cause all matters to be resolved inclusively, selflessly and civilly, because of the shear distribution of the decision-making reasoning and choices will take the fraud, cheating, and trickery out of the governance process by eliminating special interest of those who wish to defraud the people. All deals and agreements will have to pass the scrutiny of independent experts competing for public opinion acceptance, these experts have nothing to gain by their participation in the competition except the notoriety for being the best in their field of expertise and the opportunity to demonstrate their superior grasp of the issuses. The experts have to debate their positions until the field of experts agree as to which is the best three propositions presented that survive the expert scrutiny and public opinion, and then the people make the final choice from the three best responses; so, even if the people have no clue there are only the good choices, better reasoning and the best decisions provided by the chosen expert witnesses that are made available for the people to vote on.

Case in point that reveals the flaw in present decision process; the government in use is flawed beyond the point of salvaging any aspect of its procedural practice: It is evermore apparent that the process, system and procedural practices of party politics that is in place does not work, it is not the process the true-Constitution would have promulgated if it had been implemented: Journalist Charley Reese (now retired) was part of the Orlando Sentinel's staff for three decades between 1971-2001, during which time he (among other duties) penned a thrice-weekly column which was distributed to other newspapers nationwide by King Features Syndicate. During the 1980s Reese wrote the first version of an editorial opining that 545 people (i.e., the President of the United States, plus all the members of Congress and the Supreme Court) "are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country," and he has amended, updated, and republished that piece several times since then. The version cited above is taken from the 7 March 1995 edition of the Orlando Sentinel, where it ran under the title "Looking for Someone to Blame? Congress Is a Good Place to Start." It does not take a rocket scientist to see there are inherent irreparable problems with representative government, and that these problems cannot be overcome by complaining to the culprits that continuously take advantage of the people's trust by persisting the fraudulent government they have implemented is the best that can be had...

Economic systems based on profit capitalism does not have the capacity, ability nor potential to meet the needs of the people, because its process is corrupted by loop holes and illegal procedures... To ask for it to correct itself is like asking a spoiled child to share its toys; it's not going to happen until it is shown how to behave by the example of those who let the situation evolve... Government of the people, for the people, by the people driving a free enterprize system of services based capitalism is the way to the self rule of a sovereign, democratic republic; this is the example that must be implemented to solve all the problems of governance... A free enterprize system of services based capitalism is a worker owneed and operated profit sharing gaming mechanism that provides 100% employment and fiscal responsibility in one dynamic process of thirds, where consumers set the demand by voting for products and services and in turn industry produces products and services that are indemand, to the publics specifications. Workers are share holders that get their orders from the consummer industry that sets the stage for what they can and will provide. The oversight of this operation is the duty of the commerse industry. The oversight and direction for obtaining expert advise and poling of voting choices is the responsibility of the government indusrty. All industries compiled form the soverienty of democratic republic industries, of the people owned and operated by the people, for the people. There are no taxes on wages, there are no taxes any where for the solvency of a free enterprize service based capitalism is in the resource sovereienty of its democratic republic practices. Economic stability is the procuct of fiscal balance of resources and the distribution of the wealth derived from the value of those resouces. In this system you work for what you get; but the standard of living is the best possible, it is driven by the love, peace and appreciation for the people that operate the process, system and procedure. This process, system and procedure for proving economic parity is based on the idea that, what ever you do you have ownership in it, and the field of ownership is made to be accessible to all the participants by virtue of the inclusive-process, selfless-system and and civil-procedure withwhich the economics are managed by... This sysytem is based on the Nash Equilibrium Gaming Theory, by John Nash, a Nobel Laureate in Economics. There is much to be said about the aspects of this process, system and procedure, it will be provided on demand; but it is simply a means and way to distribute resource-wealth by the most practical method of distribution, participant sharing, based on determined effort and a basic standard of living that meets the needs of a loving, peaceful and appreciative people...

Given the state of affairs that has transpired over the decades it is not hard to see that there is still something to be desired in the manner in-which humanity is governed. Indepently brokered decision-making of the people, for the people, by the people to derive the decision of government affairs is the only means withwhich inclusive, selfless and civil practices can be implemented as a true-soverienty of a democratic republic. It is apparent that the powers that be do not rule with love, peace and appreciation for the people they govern, nor do they have love, peace and appreciation in mind for the world community. You see, the quality of one's love is qualified by the quantity of one's commands, one's appeals and one's demands for implementing positive-goals, objectives and plans that yield positive impacts, on all causes with beneficial-effects. This positive-strategy, logic and principle provides the means and way to achieve a good purpose, a better motive, and the best intent for each action, deed and endeavor one undertakes as it helps one to discover, explore and experience their positive-life, existence and being. In this process-strategy, the quantity of one's love is qualified by the amount and measure of the positive-essence, sense, and expression which produces, generates and supplies each positive-action, deed and endeavor that one manifest as one creates, evolves, and perfects with one's best being-energy, nature and spirit... You see the best being-energy, nature and spirit is derived from our positive-essence, sense, expression...

Copious amounts and measures of inclusive, selfless civility are needed to activate the repetition, routine and habit for generating the positive-quality of our every deed and endeavor. The positive quality of our actions, deeds and endeavors create, evolve, and perfect the course, journey and path we travel, as we discover, explore and experience life, existence and being... As we discover, explore and experience our life self energy, nature, and spirit a transfiguration takes place when our negative body and mind transforms into the soul of the objective-self, the transcendental love, peace and appreciation of our consciousness-essence, the soul-thought-source and being-spirit of the All.
